ATF Fellowship

Fellowship

A 12-month program for young professionals who aspire to impact the livelihood, learning and living of people with disabilities.

The program aims to engage bright, young minds in the mission of making this world more inclusive and accessible for over 1 billion people with disabilities in the world. Fellows get opportunities to work with cohort startup founders and ATF's senior board members and advisors. Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Arts/Commerce/Sciences/Law/Engineering/Management OR 2+ years of work experience in any sector. During the fellowship, fellows will develop project management skills, research experience, design thinking, problem solving frameworks and a unique understanding of the accessibility and inclusion space.

ATF Enabled Acceleration Program

Accelerator

A 16-week exclusive program for Assistive Technology based startups creating impact in the world through empowering people with disability.

This program helps startups scale and achieve their desired milestones more efficiently, providing mentorship from Business, Technology & Disability Leaders. It is India’s Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Start-ups empowering SC/ ST & Persons with Disability. The program's milestones include Growth & Investment Strategy, Product Design & Management, developing Operating Plan with Milestones, Hiring Team & Engaging Advisors, and Weekly Governance & Review Meetings. It culminates in a Demo Day. Post-program, an active Alumni network offers regular meetups.

About AssisTech Foundation (ATF)

AssisTech Foundation (ATF) is India's first organization dedicated to supporting and promoting assistive technology startups. Part of the NITI Aayog steering committee for India's National Strategic Framework for Assistive Technology, ATF aims to empower 1 billion lives of persons with disabilities by 2030.

ATF runs the Enable Acceleration Program for AT startups, the imaginATe Fellowship for entrepreneurs with disabilities (in partnership with Bajaj Finserv CSR), and co-founded the Global Alliance on AT Innovations (+N) with partners across 7 countries and a network of 1,200+ AT startups. It has enabled a network of 500+ AT startups in India, accelerated 65 portfolio startups with 110+ AT products and 50+ patents, and impacted over 1 million persons with disabilities.
