About UNNATI 2024 (central scheme, processed by the department)
UNNATI is a central government scheme, not a state one. The department hosts model project reports and handles applications from Nagaland units. Its UNNATI page shows registration ended on 31 March 2026, so there is no open window on the page now.
What you get
- A capital investment incentive on plant and machinery, or on buildings and durable assets for services
- Interest subvention
- A GST-linked incentive
- NTIIP restates the capital incentive and says SCII and SCISI pay only the difference when a unit also claims UNNATI
Who can apply

- Minimum investment thresholds apply, with a lower floor for micro industries
How selection works: Applications pass through the District Industries Centre, the Directorate, a Secretary-level recommending committee and an approval committee.
