Quick Answer
Differently abled entrepreneurs in Nagaland get a 10% capital investment subsidy on plant and machinery, capped at Rs 10 lakh.
About this subsidy
Clause 6.11 of NTIIP 2025 carves out a capital incentive for differently abled entrepreneurs. The State provides a Capital Investment Subsidy on Plant & Machinery at 10%, subject to a maximum ceiling of Rs 10 lakhs. The subsidy is computed on the value of plant and machinery installed by the unit, so it directly offsets the equipment cost of setting up production. Differently abled entrepreneurs are also eligible for a separate rental subsidy under the same clause when their unit sits in a Government industrial park or estate.
