Quick Answer
Nagaland units with 100 KVA or more of installed power get 25% of their power tariff reimbursed, up to Rs 5 lakh a year for five years.
About this subsidy
Clause 6.13 of NTIIP 2025 targets energy-intensive manufacturing. Units with an installed power capacity of 100 KVA / 134 HP and above are eligible for reimbursement of 25% of the actual power tariffs they pay, for a period of five years, subject to a ceiling of Rs 5 lakhs per annum. Because the cap is annual rather than one-time, a qualifying unit can claim in each of the five years against its actual electricity bills. Units below the 100 KVA / 134 HP threshold do not qualify under this clause.
