LEAD College of Management

LEAD College of Management, established in 2010 in Palakkad, Kerala, is an AICTE-approved management institution affiliated with the University of Calicut. Focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, and industry-readiness, LEAD operates a dedicated on-campus Business Incubation Centre (LEAD BI) for student startups.

LEAD BI — Business Incubation Centre

LEAD BI provides:

• Dedicated co-working space for student startups to work and develop ideas
• Seed funding of up to ₹1,00,000 for student entrepreneurs to launch their businesses
• A curated mentor panel comprising: consultants, cost accountants, legal advocates, bank managers, and finance professionals
• Guidance from alumni, industry leaders, and startup ecosystem partners

Academic Programmes

The college offers management programmes including:

• MBA (Master of Business Administration)
• MCA (Master of Computer Applications)

Both programmes are designed with a strong emphasis on entrepreneurship, innovation, and practical business skills.
