The corporate programmes and Flashpoint are free, and the AIC T-Hub sector programmes charge a fee. T-Hub says it takes no equity. The second Honda Innovation Challenge is run by Honda with T-Hub. Applications opened on 20 August 2026 and close on 2 October 2026. The cohort is announced in October, the co-development and proof-of-concept phase runs to January 2027, and it ends with a Demo Day with Honda leadership. It has two tracks: Mobility Solutions for Women, and Everyday Mobility for Everyone.

Lab32 has run since 2018 and is T-Hub's longest-running startup programme. Its current intake status is unclear: the programme page says applications are closed and also says they are open on a rolling basis for Cohort 13. Its pages also give different counts of past cohorts and startups. A Lab32 x Hexagon edition has focused on topics such as digital twins for EV manufacturing.

How to apply to T-Hub
Choose the right programme
T-Hub does not have one application. Pick the programme that matches your stage and sector:
- Only an idea, in agri-tech or space tech: Flashpoint, with Kheyti or Dhruva Space.
- A DPIIT-recognised startup with revenue: Kotak BizLabs.
- A working product in mobility or customer experience: the Honda Innovation Challenge.
- Health, space, semiconductor, sustainability or mobility tech with an MVP: the AIC T-Hub programme for your sector. These are paid.
- An AI-first founder who wants a desk in Hyderabad: the Google for Startups Hub Pass.
- Early traction and ready to sell: Lab32, when an intake is open.
- Running an incubator or a college incubation centre: BIML or Kickstart.
How applications work
- Each programme has its own form on its T-Hub page. Kotak BizLabs uses a separate application portal.
- Some AIC pages only show an express-interest form between intakes. Fill it to hear about the next cohort.
- If no programme fits, use the Join T-Hub form on the contact page, or write to contact@t-hub.co.
- You do not need to be in Hyderabad for most programmes, and T-Hub says it takes no equity.
How selection works
- Corporate programmes are judged with the partner. For Honda, shortlisted startups pitch to Honda's team.

- A working product. Most programmes ask for an MVP or a product ready for real-world testing.
- Fit with the focus areas. Corporate and sector programmes screen hard on the problem statements they publish.
- A team that can deliver. Honda asks whether you can build within the proof-of-concept timeline. Lab32 wants two full-time founders with complementary skills.
- Early traction. Pilots, users or paying customers help, and some programmes require them.
About T-Hub
T-Hub is a startup hub in Hyderabad, Telangana, run by T-Hub Foundation. It was set up in 2015 as a not-for-profit, and it began as a public–private partnership between the Government of Telangana, IIIT Hyderabad, the Indian School of Business (ISB) and NALSAR University of Law. Its main campus is at Raidurgam, in Hyderabad Knowledge City.
T-Hub describes itself as an incubator of incubators. Beyond its own startup programmes, it anchors several arms under one roof: AIC T-Hub, an Atal Incubation Centre backed by the Atal Innovation Mission (NITI Aayog); MATH, the Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Technological Hub, a centre of excellence supported by the Department of Science and Technology; the Google for Startups Hub, launched by Google with the Government of Telangana and T-Hub; and an incubator for iDEX, the Ministry of Defence's open-innovation platform.
How T-Hub programmes work
There is no single intake. Startups join T-Hub through a specific programme, a corporate programme, or by taking space on the campus, and each programme has its own application form on its page. T-Hub says it takes no stake or equity in startups, and that a startup does not need to be based in Hyderabad to work with it.
Programmes fall into a few families. Corporate programmes are run with a partner company, such as Kotak BizLabs with Kotak Mahindra Bank and the Honda Innovation Challenge with Honda, and usually lead to a pilot or proof of concept with that company. AIC T-Hub runs sector programmes in healthcare, space tech (Orbit), semiconductors, sustainability and mobility (Charge); these are paid, hybrid or remote-friendly, and last between twelve and twenty-four weeks. Flashpoint is a venture studio where an anchor company, such as Kheyti in agri-tech or Dhruva Space in space tech, helps founders build a new company around a real problem. Lab32 is T-Hub's long-running 100-day market readiness programme for startups with early traction.
T-Hub also runs programmes for people who build startup support rather than startups. BIML trains incubator managers, and Kickstart helps academic institutions set up their own incubation centres.
Who can apply
Most programmes want a working product. The corporate and AIC programmes ask for an MVP at least, and several prefer early revenue or customers. Kotak BizLabs asks for DPIIT recognition and revenue. Flashpoint is the main route for founders who only have an idea, and the Google for Startups Hub Pass is open to founders of AI-first startups registered in India, with a preference for Hyderabad-based founders.
Facilities
The Raidurgam campus offers co-working for startups, from single desks to private offices and virtual plans, with round-the-clock access. It has event venues, including an auditorium and an outdoor space, and a cafeteria and community clubs. T-Hub lists a rapid prototyping lab and AI/ML compute support among its startup services, and BIML participants can use the Atal Tinkering Labs on campus. The Google for Startups Hub occupies the sixth floor and gives selected AI founders a free flexi desk.
Support beyond programmes
T-Hub's startup services include a mentor network, curated introductions to investors and the T-Hub Angel Network, and warm introductions to corporates, global capability centres, government and academia. T-Edge covers legal, finance, IP, procurement and HR operations. T-Bridge is its international arm, helping Indian startups go abroad and foreign startups enter India; it delivers the India part of the UK Government's Global Springboard Programme. T-Hub also points startups to government funds such as the Startup India Seed Fund, T-Spark and T-Fund, and it manages the SIDBI iDEX Fund. Its T-Recruit portal runs hiring drives for startups.
Scale and recognition
T-Hub publishes counts of startups, mentors and partners, but its own pages give different figures, so we do not repeat them here. DPIIT named it India's Best Incubator at the National Startup Awards 2022, and it received the Department of Science and Technology's National Technology Award 2023 for Best Technology Business Incubator.

Phase 2, often called T-Hub 2.0, is the main campus. Its address is Plot No 1/C, Sy No 83/1, Raidurgam panmaktha, Hyderabad Knowledge City, Serilingampally, Hyderabad 500081, and visiting hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. News reports place its opening in June 2022.
Phase 1, known as The Catalyst, is T-Hub's original building beside IIIT Hyderabad in Gachibowli. News reports say it opened in November 2015.
