NEENV (Nurturing Entrepreneurship through Exposure to Next-Gen Ventures and Incubator Ecosystem) is an immersive startup and entrepreneurship orientation program designed to equip students with real-world insights into the innovation and startup ecosystem.

TIDE 2.0 - GRANT

Grant scheme

Provides 4 grants of ₹ 7 Lakh for 1 year to applicants with an idea for validation and development.

What you get, who can apply and how to apply

TIDE 2.0 will promote tech entrepreneurship through financial and technical support to incubators engaged in supporting ICT startups primarily engaged in using emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, Blockchain, Robotics etc. in pre-identified areas of societal relevance. Benefits include infrastructural facilities, funding, mentoring, business support and networking, and lab facilities. Sector focused: Healthcare, Education, Agriculture, Financial inclusion (including digital payments), Infrastructure and transportation, Environment and Clean tech, Clean energy solution. Preferable tech stack: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning/Deep Learning, Blockchain Technology, Internet of Things, Cyber Security, Drone Technology. Eligibility: Indian citizen, startups working in MedTech and/or Biotechnology, completed undergraduate degree in science/engineering (or last year student not seeking placement). Essential qualification is PhD/MTech/BTech/BPharm/MD/MBBS/BDS/MSc/BSc/MPhil/MDes/BCA/MBA/MCA and equivalents, with undergraduate training in Science, Medicine, and Engineering. Applicant should not have a source of income, should be committed to exploring a business idea, and should not be a promoter or shareholder/beneficiary of another company. Grant support shall be discontinued if funding/investments are raised. Preferences for: Women entrepreneurs, innovators under the age of 35, business plan that can result in manufacturing and better jobs creation.

Provides up to ₹ 20 lakh as a grant for validation of proof of concept, prototype development, and product trials, and up to ₹ 50 lakh of investment for market entry, commercialization, and scaling-up.

Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS) aims to provide financial assistance to startups for proof of concept, prototype development, product trials, market-entry, and commercialization. Sector focused: Social impact, waste management, water management, financial inclusion, education, agriculture, food processing, biotechnology, healthcare, energy, mobility, defence, space, railways, oil and gas, textiles etc. Eligibility: Startup must have a business idea with market fit, viable commercialization, and scope of scaling. Startup should be using technology in its core product/service, business model, or distribution model. Startup should not have received more than ₹ 10 lakh of monetary support under any other Central or State Government scheme (excluding prize money, subsidized working space, founder allowance, access to labs/prototyping facilities). Shareholding by Indian promoters must be at least 51% at the time of application. An applicant can avail seed support in the form of grant and debt/convertible debentures each once. Duration: 365 days, 24*7 - All Round Year Scheme.
