WeIncubate is an incubator with an office in Zirakpur, Punjab. It runs programmes for students, existing businesses and new entrepreneurs, and takes entrepreneurship sessions into schools and colleges.

How programmes work

Its three incubation programmes are the Startup Incubation Program, for people who want to build the skills and mindset to identify and launch a venture; the Business Incubation Program, for existing businesses and SMEs that want to bring innovation into their current setup; and the Entrepreneurship Building Incubation Program, designed for Gen Z and next-generation millennials.

Campus incubation is a structured, milestone-driven programme for student startups. The site describes it as helping them become launch-ready, grant-ready and investor-ready.

Campus sessions come in three forms. An awareness session introduces students to entrepreneurship through real-world examples and interactive learning. A one-day workshop takes small student teams from idea validation to a working MVP and a demo or pitch. A multi-day bootcamp has students validate ideas, build real MVPs, refine business models and prepare for real-world pitching.

For businesses, Bech Smartly uses simple playbooks to help small businesses turn a good product into repeatable sales. Packages are also offered for setting up a business, scaling up and raising capital, including a package for pre-seed startups seeking initial funding. Its community has a Beginner membership with no joining fee and a Premium membership that is paid.

Who can apply

Each programme is aimed at a different group: students and student teams for campus sessions, existing business owners and SMEs for the Business Incubation Program, and individuals and aspiring entrepreneurs with promising ideas for the setting-up package. The site does not set out detailed eligibility criteria for its incubation programmes.

Scale

Its events page reports that four startups were selected for an inaugural batch at GGI, Khanna, after awareness programmes and a bootcamp. It also reports mentoring 23 teams at a three-day bootcamp at PCTE, Ludhiana. These are the organisation's own figures and have not been independently verified.

Its co-founders, Sonu Bajaj and Abhishek Chauhan, led the bootcamps named on its events page.

Its contact page gives an office address in Zirakpur, Punjab. Its about page describes its base as the Chandigarh Tri-city and Delhi NCR. Its events have been held in Khanna and Ludhiana in Punjab, and its awareness programmes and bootcamps have run in schools, colleges and co-working spaces in Mumbai and Punjab.
