   Trademark Availability Check

   We check the new name against the IP India Trademark Registry to avoid future trademark conflicts.

   RUN Application

   The new name is reserved via RUN (Reserve Unique Name) on the MCA portal.

   EGM and Special Resolution

   An EGM is convened with proper notice. Shareholders pass a Special Resolution (75%+ majority) to change the name.

   INC-24 Filing

   Form INC-24 is filed with the ROC along with the RUN approval letter, special resolution, and EGM minutes.

5. 5

   Fresh Certificate of Incorporation

   The ROC approves the name change and issues a fresh Certificate of Incorporation with the new name and original CIN.

   Post-Change Updates

   We guide you on updating PAN, GST, bank accounts, stationery, website, and existing contracts.
