Trilytics ’26 is the flagship analytics case competition of the PGDBA Conclave, organised by the students of the Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA) program jointly offered by IIM
Calcutta, IIT Kharagpur, and ISI Kolkata. This year, in collaboration with Sun Pharma, India’s No.1 Pharma Company, participants tackle a real-world business problem at the intersection of healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and data science. Who Should Apply Open to undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, engineering, and analytics students from recognised institutions across India. Cross-specialisation and cross-year teams are encouraged. The Challenge Build a Statistical Model and Framework to generate District Level Market Attractiveness Index (Indian Pharmaceutical Industry) scores for over 700+ districts in India. Format & Timeline - Round 1: Online Quiz & Registration — an analytics and business aptitude quiz. - Round 2: Case Study Submission — teams analyse the problem and submit a presentation. - Round 3: Grand Finale (offline at IIM Calcutta) — shortlisted teams present before a jury of Sun Pharma leaders and academia. Prizes 1st: ₹1,20,000 | 2nd: ₹80,000 | 3rd: ₹50,000. Total cash pool of ₹2,50,000. Certificates and Sun Pharma merchandise for all finalists.
