Startups that are incubated or agree to be incubated at IIMK LIVE, have completed at least three months of residency, are registered as a company in India, and have Indian promoters holding at least 51% shareholding. OCI and PIO founders are considered Indian citizens. Indian subsidiaries of foreign companies are not eligible.

What is the maximum funding amount?

The maximum funding amount is ₹1,00,00,000 (₹1 crore).

How is the funding disbursed?

Funding is milestone-based and disbursed in tranches.

What form does the funding take – grant, equity, or debt?

The scheme provides flexibility: funding can be in the form of equity, debt, or a combination of both, in addition to being a grant.

Are startups already supported under NIDHI-SSS eligible?

No, startups already supported under the NIDHI Seed Support Scheme are not eligible again.
