Overview
Damage Control is a team-based crisis management, public relations, and strategic decision-making challenge hosted by FLAME University. Participants step into the shoes of a company's leadership team, navigate an evolving business crisis, and make strategic decisions while balancing financial, operational, customer, and reputational risks.
Format

Participants take on different roles, analyse the situation from their assigned perspectives, and work together to decide the best course of action. Just when a strategy seems settled, new developments may force teams to reconsider their decisions.
