About the Event
IARC (International Autonomous Robotics Challenge) is a flagship robotics competition hosted by Techkriti, the annual science and technology festival of IIT Kanpur. Participants design and build an autonomous robot from scratch and are judged on its ability to perform a defined set of tasks without human intervention. The evaluation weighs precision in design and fabrication, intelligent sensor selection, and the quality of the embedded coding that drives the bot.
Who It's For
The competition is open to engineering and technology students from colleges across India and abroad. Teams may be formed across institutions, making it a strong opportunity for interdisciplinary collaboration between mechanical, electronics, and computer science students. It suits builders interested in robotics, embedded systems, control systems, and autonomous navigation.
