What it is Claude Build Day is a hands-on, build-first gathering for developers in New Delhi, organised by Claude Community Events. It is timed to the release of Anthropic's newest model, Fable 5.1, and is designed for people who want to put the model to work on Claude Code immediately rather than read about it. The format is deliberately non-passive: no long keynote talks, no sitting and watching slides. You arrive, see what the model can actually do, and ship something real with it in the same week it launches.
Who it's for Developers and builders - people who already live in Claude Code, ship with the Anthropic API, or are building agents. An active Claude subscription is a plus, so bring it if you have one. The event is approval-based and spots in New Delhi are limited.
How the day runs (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
What to expect The day opens with a live demonstration of Claude Code building something genuinely hard in front of the room - examples cited include a Newtonian star-system simulator, a webcam-powered hand-motion orchestra conductor, and a thermodynamically accurate engine, each shipped as a single, self-contained file. After that, the room takes over.

The day closes with two-minute demos from everyone who built something, an optional judged round for the competitive crowd, a group photo, and open discussion about what to build next.
