Overview
The Unseen Hand is an offline corporate social-deduction challenge held as part of AUDACIA 2026, the 11th Integrity & Ethics Conclave organised by the Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology (SCIT), Pune. Inspired by the popular game Among Us, it blends business strategy with mystery, deception, and unexpected twists.
What It Is
Participants step into a simulated corporate boardroom where critical decisions must be made, challenges arise without warning, and every individual appears to be working toward a common objective. Behind professional conversations and convincing arguments, hidden motives and conflicting interests may be at play. As situations evolve and uncertainty grows, participants must rely on observation, strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making to navigate the boardroom.
Who It's For
Students and professionals interested in corporate strategy, social deduction, persuasion, and crisis response. Teams register in groups of 3–4, but final playing teams are assigned by the organisers on the event day, so participants may be split from their registered group and must collaborate with unfamiliar faces.
What to Expect
The competition combines corporate strategy and decision-making, social deduction and observation, communication and persuasion, logical and critical thinking, teamwork and adaptability, and crisis response and problem-solving. Certain gameplay aspects remain confidential until the event to preserve fairness and suspense; rules and evaluation criteria are explained before each stage.
Format & Venue
Offline at SIC Campus, Pune. Registration via Unstop. Registration opens 19 October 2026 and closes 28 November 2026, with the event held on 28 November 2026. Reporting time and results announcement to be communicated through official channels.
