The HIM Startup Yojana 2025 is a seed fund initiative by HPCED, implemented through IIT Mandi Catalyst. It is a state-backed program designed to help budding innovators and startups from Himachal Pradesh to develop their initial ideas into viable products or services and successfully launch them into the market. It aims to strengthen the innovation ecosystem by offering financial support to early-stage ventures.

What is the maximum financial support available under this scheme?
Up to ₹50,00,000 per startup.
Who can apply?
Startups that are registered in Himachal Pradesh, have at least 51% shareholding by bonafide Himachali promoters, and are either incubated in an approved incubation center or DPIIT registered with operations in HP.
Is prior incubation mandatory?
Preferably 3 months incubation, but the seed support committee may decide on a case-by-case basis.
What documents are required in the application?
PAN Card or Aadhar Card image, caste certificate, and certificate of special disability if applicable.
What programs can I apply for?
You can choose one of the following: Investment Readiness Program, Ignite Program, or Exploration Program.
