CIPET's Skill Development Training Programs (37 Nos.) are NSQF aligned and approved by National Skills Qualifications Committee (NSQC) under MSDE, Govt. of India. These programs involve 20-30% theory and 70-80% practical sessions, industrial visits, soft skills, and personality development. CIPET aims to provide employment to about 80% of candidates in the Petrochemicals / Plastics Processing and allied industries upon successful completion.

Offers skill up-gradation programs for individuals and employees in the plastics industry to enhance and update their skills.

These programs are conducted for individuals and groups, include CAD/CAM programs, onsite/tailor-made/modular programs for industry personnel, in-plant/exposure programs for final year college students, specialized programs for working professionals, and seminars on Waste Management (Plastics / e-Waste). Examples include CAD/CAM Siemens NX with Mould Design & Development, CNC Milling Programming & Operating, Plastics Processing and Testing Techniques.
