About the Journal
The Arthniti (ISSN: 2277-1344) is the official peer-reviewed research journal of the Department of Economics at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. The journal publishes research papers and articles authored by undergraduate students of economics and related disciplines.
Annual Theme
Each year the journal publishes research on a specific theme, enriching its scope and suggesting a fresh strand of thought for students across Economics, Finance, Political Science, Psychology, and Technology. This year The Arthniti invites abstracts and full papers on the theme 'Emergence'.
Theme: Emergence
Emergence is the process by which interactions among simple underlying components give rise to complex behaviours and structures. The ultimate outcome observed is often neither intuitive nor reducible to those individual components. The theme looks at interdisciplinary ideas as emerging concepts that rarely respect the boundaries of a single field. Emergence is not merely change; it examines what change produces. Understanding these processes is imperative to navigating uncertainty and building systems resilient to what comes next.

This is a call for complete research paper submissions of up to 6,000 words (excluding references and appendix). Papers must follow APA 7 format for in-text citations, references, tables, figures, and depictions, with accurate numbering. Font must be Times New Roman, size 12.
