About the Event
Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Pune, proudly presents the fourth edition of its flagship academic event, Students' Research Conclave (SRC) 4.0, under the theme:
"Reimagining Business Models and Organisational Resilience in an Era of Continuous Disruption"
In today's rapidly evolving world, organisations face constant technological, economic, geopolitical, and environmental disruptions. Success no longer depends solely on growth but on the ability to adapt, reinvent, and remain resilient. Students' Research Conclave 4.0 provides a global platform for emerging researchers to explore how businesses can build resilience and create sustainable competitive advantage in an age of continuous change.
The conclave invites original, evidence-based research that examines resilience as a strategic capability across business disciplines. Participants are encouraged to investigate topics ranging from AI-enabled decision-making and financial resilience to sustainable business models, workforce transformation, and global strategy. While students may collaborate with faculty mentors, the first author must be a student, ensuring the conclave remains dedicated to student-led research.
Bringing together students from diverse academic backgrounds, SRC 4.0 aims to foster meaningful interdisciplinary dialogue, encourage rigorous academic inquiry, and promote innovative solutions to contemporary business challenges. The conclave seeks research that not only addresses disruption but also reimagines how organisations can thrive amidst sustained uncertainty. Guided by the belief that "Resilience is no longer a contingency plan. It is the business model," SRC 4.0 aspires to shape the next generation of researchers and future business leaders.

Event Format
- Round 1 – Research Paper Submission: Word Limit: 1,500–5,000 words (including tables, figures, references). Format: APA Style. Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, Double Spaced. File Type: PDF or Word (.doc/.docx). Mode: Online.
- Round 2 – Research Paper Presentation: Shortlisted papers will be invited for an online presentation before an expert panel, followed by an interactive Q&A session.
General Guidelines
- Include a separate cover page with title, author details, affiliation, and email IDs.
- Abstract should not exceed 150 words.
- Include up to 6 keywords.
- Follow APA referencing throughout the manuscript.
- Similarity Index must remain below 10%.
- AI may be used only for guidance or formatting, and its use must be disclosed. Authors remain responsible for originality and academic integrity.
- Papers may be submitted as a single PDF or Word document.
Requirements
- Submissions must be original and unpublished.
- Research Articles, Case Studies, and Review Papers are accepted.
- Each manuscript can be submitted under one research domain only.
- Late submissions will not be considered.
- Requests for changing domains after submission will not be entertained.
