IIM Udaipur Incubation Centre offers investment support of up to Rs. 50 lakhs through Convertible Debentures, helping startups accelerate growth, refine their solutions, and expand their market presence.
Selected startups also gain access to expert mentorship, guidance from industry leaders, and a strong network of investors and ecosystem partners.

Is the application form still open?
No. According to the application page, the form is no longer accepting responses. This scheme is currently closed.
What is the funding instrument?
The investment is provided through Convertible Debentures, not as a pure grant.
What are the eligibility criteria?
The startup must be DPIIT-recognized, incorporated after December 31, 2023 (not more than 2 years old), must not have received more than ₹10 lakhs as monetary support from any Central or State Government scheme, and should be post-revenue or have a prototype/POC ready.
