Credits are deposited directly to your AWS account and activate on provisioning, then expire one year after issuance. Eligibility is open to early-stage through Series A VC-backed startups in most countries where AWS billing is available. Applicants need an AWS account, a business email matching the startup's domain, and must not already be enrolled in a separate AWS startup credits programme. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
