Once enrolled and consuming credits, startups can apply for an additional ~₹95K in cloud credits through the Oracle Startup Portal. The portal also provides access to enterprise resources, migration support, and market connections to customers and events. The program is open to any company — B2B or B2C, in any industry — that has not yet been acquired or gone public. There are no cohorts or selection processes; startups sign up directly and begin building on OCI immediately.
