Imagine H2O

Imagine H2O is a global nonprofit organization founded in 2008 in San Francisco, dedicated to accelerating water innovation. With over sixteen years of experience, it has supported more than 80 startups that collectively account for one in every ten dollars of early-stage investment in the water sector. The organization operates three core programs: the flagship Imagine H2O Accelerator, Imagine H2O Accelerator Asia (Southeast Asia's first water tech accelerator), and the Urban Water Challenge for deploying water resilience solutions in cities.

The Accelerator's eight-month program provides early-stage water startups with startup development curriculum, ecosystem access, marketing and visibility, and connections to mentors, end-users, and investors. Imagine H2O operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and takes no equity in participating startups, focusing instead on building the broader water innovation ecosystem through partnerships with industry leaders, utilities, and development organizations worldwide.
