About MEWAR UNIVERSITY
Mewar University is an autonomous body established by the Government of Rajasthan in 2009. It focuses on research initiatives to mobilize knowledge resources for applied and cross-disciplinary projects. These efforts include creating patentable Intellectual Property components, designing and developing prototypes and proof of concepts, and bringing products to market through know-how transferred incubated companies. The university provides a Business Lab and conducts guest lectures and workshops on Intellectual Property Rights, covering topics such as patent drafting, litigation, and prosecution.
