SACC India

SACC India (Startup Accelerator Chamber of Commerce) is a non-profit organisation founded in 2014 and headquartered in Chandigarh. It works to promote entrepreneurial culture, build knowledge infrastructure for startups, and support grassroots innovation across India. SACC has sensitised over 100,000 youth and provided handholding support to more than 1,000 startups and MSMEs through incubation, acceleration, and impact investing programs. The organisation derives support from state governments and private-sector partners including Google, HDFC Bank, Infosys, DLF, and Netsmartz Group. Its mission spans developing women entrepreneurs, encouraging innovative startups, attracting angel investment, and nurturing business ideation at the school and college level. SACC operates with a strong community network of established entrepreneurs, mentors, professionals, and students, with particular strength in the Punjab ecosystem.
