🚶Curious Walking Club - New Delhi 🇮🇳 #1 | Friends of Screate Labs

What it is Curious Walking Club (CWC) is a recurring 5K+ walking ritual created by Hien Nguyen and Friends of Screate Labs. It brings founders, builders, operators, creatives, and curious minds together for a simple format: walk, talk, and let conversations unfold naturally. The New Delhi edition marks the first CWC walk in the city.

Who it's for Founders, builders, tech operators, creatives, researchers, and generally curious people who prefer thoughtful conversation over conventional networking. If you enjoy meeting people outside your usual circles, this format is designed for you.

What to expect

• A 5K+ walk in small groups, with conversations rotating naturally along the route
• No panels, no fixed agenda, no awkward networking
• Each walk opens with a prompt to get things moving, such as "What changed your mind recently?"
• Past walks have wandered into building companies from scratch, moving cities and finding community, AI and the future of work, unconventional careers, and the stories behind what people are building

• Arriving straight from work is fine; most people settle in around 6:15 PM

About the organiser and series Curious Walking Club is a recurring ritual of Friends of Screate Labs, a global community connecting founders, builders, operators, and creators across cities through shared experiences and meaningful relationships. CWC began in Ho Chi Minh City on 27 July 2026 with Hien and a few friends. The first public walk drew 10+ people, the next two drew 20+, and the following walk saw 40+ signups with nearly 30 attendees. The ritual then began travelling: Singapore kicked off, Bengaluru followed, and Mumbai, Kuala Lumpur, Da Nang, and other cities are joining the network. Local walks are hosted by community regulars who show up, contribute, and bring more curious people into the circle.

Community and follow-up As CWC expands globally, Hien is stepping back from hosting every walk to focus on activating new cities and connecting the broader network. Hosting privileges increasingly go to people shaping CWC from the ground up: show up, contribute, keep returning, and bring your people. Screate Labs is also building Sidekick Log, software that helps people stay on top of the relationships that matter after they meet. New Delhi participants can join the local WhatsApp group to return for future walks, and the broader Friends of Screate Labs network is open globally.
