Siege Of Troy (CTF) is a fast-paced capture-the-flag cybersecurity competition organised by the Sahyadri Open Source Community, a student-driven open-source and security collective based at Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management in Mangaluru, Karnataka. The community runs hands-on technical events for students and early-career developers, and this CTF is its flagship security challenge for the year.
What it is
A team-based cybersecurity sprint in which participants solve a set of security-themed puzzles, each hiding a flag that must be submitted on the event portal to score points. The competition is structured in progressive tiers - Easy, Medium and Hard - so difficulty scales naturally and the scoreboard filters teams by both speed and technical depth.
Who it's for
Students, developers, security enthusiasts and anyone building hands-on offensive or defensive security skills. Teams may consist of 1 or 2 participants, making it accessible both to solo competitors and pairs.
