The Leadership Collective is the inaugural edition of a curated gathering hosted by Friends of Figma Mumbai (FOF Mumbai), bringing together a small group of experienced design leaders from across Mumbai for an evening of candid conversation and meaningful connection.
What it is
This is deliberately not a panel, workshop, or presentation-driven event. Instead, it creates room for the conversations that rarely happen in conventional conference formats - the honest, unscripted exchanges between people who lead design teams and shape product direction.

About the organiser
Friends of Figma Mumbai is the Mumbai chapter of the global Friends of Figma community, the official community programme associated with Figma, the widely used interface design and product collaboration platform. FOF chapters typically run meetups, critiques, and knowledge-sharing sessions for designers and product builders. This edition extends that community into a leadership-focused format aimed at senior practitioners rather than general attendees.
