ARISE 2026 is the early-stage track of the Pusa Krishi Incubation Program, run by ICAR–IARI under the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare. It backs founders working at the idea or prototype stage in agriculture, food, and rural innovation, where company registration is not yet mandatory.
Selected applicants receive grant-in-aid of up to ₹5 lakh, structured as a non-dilutive grant with no equity taken. Funding is paired with Pusa Krishi's mentorship, scientist access, and incubation infrastructure at the Pusa campus, helping founders move from concept to a validated prototype.
