Accepted startups receive a kickstarter package of up to 1 million free minutes of use across these APIs to build and launch real-time engagement features without burning runway on infrastructure costs. Beyond the credits, the program includes free access to Agora Analytics for monitoring call quality and usage, discounted HIPAA Business Associate Agreements for healthcare startups, and on-call backend support from Agora's developer experts. Founders also get exposure to Agora's network of accelerator, incubator, and venture capital partners through monthly virtual show-and-tells. The program is global and accepts applications on a rolling basis. It is aimed at pre-seed startups with an app in beta, though Agora encourages all startups building on real-time engagement to apply. Applicants need a registered company, a working website, and a company email address.

Free minutes apply to Agora's SD-RTN real-time voice, video, and live streaming usage. Healthcare startups can additionally get a discounted HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.

No dedicated 1M-minute startup track is publicly listed; Agora's public offer is the general 10,000 free minutes/month free tier available to any new account. Higher allowances require contacting sales.
