storage, databases, and third-party foundation models on Amazon Bedrock. The program offers two packages. The Activate Founders package provides ~₹95K in AWS credits for self-funded startups that are not yet associated with an Activate Provider. The Activate Portfolio package provides up to ~₹95L in credits for startups affiliated with an Activate Provider (such as a VC, angel investor, accelerator, or incubator) using that provider's Organization ID. To apply, startups must be pre-Series B, founded within the last 10 years, have a functioning company website, and operate an AWS account on a paid tier. Portfolio applicants must apply within 12 months of their most recent funding round.

Credits usually expire within 1–2 years depending on the package. Expiration date appears in the AWS Billing and Cost Management Console after approval.
