About Shivalik College of Engineering
Shivalik College of Engineering hosts the Center of Business Incubation and Innovation (CBII) and an AICTE IDEA Lab, fostering an innovation and startup ecosystem. Established in 2022, CBII supports startups in DeepTech, EdTech, FinTech, AgriTech, and HealthTech sectors. It offers structured incubation, mentoring, infrastructure, and networking support, including seed grants, investor network access, legal and accounting support, and industry collaboration events. The incubation center provides a 5550 sq. ft. area with startup offices, dedicated workstations, and advanced prototyping facilities like 3D printing, PCB printing, laser cutting, CNC machines, and a tool room. CBII is recognized as a Business Incubator by the MSME, Government of India, and collaborates with iHUB DivyaSampark (IIT Roorkee), iHUB AWaDH (IIT Ropar), and IIT Mandi for deeper innovation pipelines.
