Selection Process
Applications are first reviewed and processed by personnel at the Horticulture Mobile team Centres. Subsequently, these proposals are forwarded to the district level, which then transmits them to the Directorate for comprehensive evaluation and final approval. Once the Directorate approves a proposal, the district office issues the necessary approval and work order. A crucial part of the selection and disbursement process involves a joint inspection by departmental officials upon the completion of the project to verify that the facilities have been set up according to specifications before the subsidy is released to the applicant's loan account.
