About this competition
Tek-Qubit: Women of Impact 2026 is the second season of Tekion's women-only hackathon for engineering students across India. Teams build solutions to real-world problems in the automotive retail industry.
The hackathon runs in five stages:
- Stage 1: Online assessment – a 90-minute test of technical and problem-solving skills for every registered team, followed by a theme briefing webinar with Tekion's engineering leaders.
- Stage 2: Ideation – pick one of the use cases and submit your idea as a PPT of up to 6 slides. Shortlisted teams present their ideas to the Tekion jury.
- Stage 3: Prototype – shortlisted teams build a fully functional, demo-ready prototype.
- Stage 4: Semi-finals – teams present their prototypes to the Tekion jury.
- Stage 5: Grand Finale – the top teams present to Tekion's executive team.
Prizes: the winning team gets ₹3,00,000 in cash, the first runner-up ₹2,00,000 and the second runner-up ₹1,00,000. All finalists get pre-placement interview opportunities.
Registration closes on 6 November 2026 at 11:59 PM IST. Teams must be formed before then and cannot be changed afterwards.
