About this competition
Airtel iCreate 2026 is Bharti Airtel’s flagship innovation challenge — a launchpad for bold thinkers and creative problem-solvers from India’s top B-Schools. This isn’t just a competition; it’s an invitation to imagine the impossible, tackle real-world challenges, and bring game-changing ideas to life.
Who Should Apply Open exclusively to full-time 2nd-year flagship MBA students from eligible B-Schools across India. Part-time, distance learning, and executive MBA students are not eligible.

- Case Release & Brief Submission Round: Registered teams receive a case study and submit a 2-slider/2-pager PDF outlining their understanding, approach, and proposed solution.
- Simulation Round: Shortlisted teams participate in an online business simulation, making strategic decisions to solve challenges and maximise ROI.
- Detailed Submission Round: Teams submit a 6–8 slider/6–8 pager PDF and a 2-minute video showcasing their detailed solution, competitive analysis, and impact.
- Mentorship Phase: Top 10 finalist teams receive mentorship from an Airtel leader.
- Grand Finale: National finalists present their solutions to Airtel leadership at Airtel HQ in Gurgaon. Travel and accommodation are provided.

What You Get
This is a B-school competition, so the payoff is prize cash plus career access rather than investment. The winning team takes ₹5,00,000 and the first runners-up take ₹3,00,000. Beyond the prize pool, the top 10 finalist teams get mentorship from an Airtel leader, and national finalists present at Airtel HQ in Gurgaon with travel and accommodation covered — plus networking with Airtel leadership. Finalist teams may also receive PPI/PPO opportunities (subject to eligibility), making the reward as much about a job offer as the cash.
