What You Get
Cash prizes total $10,000 across the top three projects: $7,000 for the Grand Prize, $2,000 for second place, and $1,000 for third place. Ten additional winning teams receive a one-hour mentorship session with Backblaze engineers to review and optimize their generative-media app architecture. To build and submit, entrants can start with 10GB of free B2 storage through a Backblaze B2 account, plus the open-source Genblaze SDK. Winning projects are selected on real-world utility, production readiness, meaningful use of Backblaze B2, and use of Genblaze in the media workflow.
