Caspian AI Agent Hackathon is a 15-day online hackathon organised by Caspian, an open-source SDK that gives AI agents a unified identity across communication channels like email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp. The challenge: build an AI agent for any domain or use case that uses the caspian-sdk and runs on at least two supported channels.
Who Should Apply
Open to students, working professionals, and independent developers — no prior experience with Caspian required. Teams of 1–2 members; solo participation is allowed. Inter-college and inter-specialisation teams are welcome.
Format & Timeline
The hackathon runs fully online from July 27 to August 13, 2026. Submissions must include a public GitHub repository and a demo video. Judging criteria: creativity and originality of the use case, functional implementation, and a working prototype. Finalists may be asked to provide a live demonstration. AI coding assistants are allowed, but all code must be written during the hackathon period.
Prizes
Total prize pool: ₹20,000 cash + $1,500 in Caspian credits.
- 1st Place: ₹20,000 cash + $1,000 Caspian credits.
- 2nd Place: $300 Caspian credits.
- 3rd Place: $200 Caspian credits.
Teams may request starter credits for paid communication channels during the event.
