About this competition
CraftVerse 2.0 is a National Level Hackathon organised by the Computer Department of Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering and Research (PCCOE&R), Pune. The event invites students, developers, designers, and tech enthusiasts to collaborate in teams, propose problem statements, design prototypes, and refine their ideas with mentorship from industry experts.
Who Should Apply Open to students and tech enthusiasts from across India. Teams of 3–4 members. Individual participants can form teams during the online round.
Tracks / Themes Participants can choose from the following domains:
- Artificial Intelligence & Agentic AI
- Cyber Security & Digital Forensics
- Healthcare & MedTech
- Sustainability & Climate Technology
- FinTech & Digital Economy
- Cloud Computing, DevOps & Developer Tools
- Open Innovation (any impactful idea beyond the listed domains)
Format & Timeline The hackathon is structured in two stages:
- Round 1 (Online – Unstop Platform): Teams submit a PPT of their problem statement and proposed idea under one of the listed domains.
- Round 2 (Offline – PCCOE&R, Ravet, Pune): Shortlisted teams participate in a 2-day overnight coding hackathon, building and presenting working prototypes over 30 hours.
Finalists are required to pay a registration fee of ₹549 per participant, which includes meals for both days, refreshments, exclusive hackathon goodies, and participation certificates.
Prizes Total prize pool worth ₹60,000+:
- Winner: ₹25,000 + certificate
- First Runner Up: ₹15,000 + certificate
- Second Runner Up: ₹10,000 + certificate
- Consolation Prizes: ₹10,000 distributed among other participants

About the Organiser Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering and Research (PCCOE&R), Ravet, Pune, is a well-known engineering institution in Maharashtra. The Computer Department regularly organises technical events and hackathons to foster innovation and practical learning among students.

What You Get
Cash prizes from a ₹60,000+ prize pool: the winning team receives ₹25,000, first runner-up ₹15,000, second runner-up ₹10,000, and a further ₹10,000 is distributed as consolation prizes. Beyond prize money, shortlisted teams get an offline, 2-day hackathon at PCCOE&R, Ravet, Pune — 30 hours to build a working prototype with mentorship from industry experts. Finalists also receive meals for both days, refreshments, hackathon goodies, and participation certificates as part of the ₹549 per-participant finalist package.
