What You Get
The prize is a cash award from a hiring-focused competition: the single winner receives ₹3,000 in cash. The larger benefit is access to recruiters — every deployed submission gets a real code review by the DevsUnite team, and top performers bypass the usual application process. The Top 25 are placed in an exclusive Talent Pool and go straight to recruiter interviews, with no screening and no cold applications. Shortlisted participants also walk through their code with the DevsUnite team. The hackathon is beginner-friendly for students and early-career developers, with themes in Healthcare & Public Wellness, Education & Learning Innovation, Developer Tools & AI Productivity, and Fintech & Financial Inclusion.
