Selection Process
The selection process for the Early Bird Investment Subsidy primarily revolves around meeting the stringent eligibility criteria outlined in the AP Textile and Apparel Policy (TAG 4.0). Applications are reviewed by the concerned department (likely the Department of Industries) based on the submitted project proposals, financial documentation, and proof of Fixed Capital Investment (FCI). Enterprises are categorized (Category I or II) based on their investment type and the timeline of obtaining their Common Facility Exemption (CFE). Final approval depends on adherence to all policy provisions, successful verification of investment, and the availability of funds. There is no explicit competitive 'selection' process with pitches or jury rounds; rather, it's a compliance-based approval for eligible projects.
