Project Exhibition at TechTrix'26 is a grassroots innovation showcase hosted at I.T.S. Engineering College, giving student and early-stage innovators a platform to present working prototypes and research projects that solve real-world problems across software and hardware domains.

What It Is Teams present their projects before a jury, explaining the problem being addressed, the design approach, how the solution works, and its practical applications and impact. A working demonstration is strongly preferred, and teams should keep a short technical note or presentation ready for the jury, which may request a live demo or inspect the prototype.

Who It's For Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students and eligible participants from colleges and institutions. Teams consist of 4 participants, and a valid college or institutional ID is mandatory. Only registered participants may compete, and one participant cannot be registered in two teams for the same event. The registered team captain is the official point of contact, and team composition cannot be changed after the registration deadline without written approval from the Event Coordinator.

Eligible Projects Working prototypes, research projects, final-year projects, electronics systems, robotics, IoT, AI/ML, software products, sustainable technology, and other engineering innovations.

Exhibition Format Each team must be prepared to explain:

Problem Statement - what real-world problem does the project address?
Design - how is the project designed?
Working - how does the solution function?
Results - what outcomes have been achieved?
Applications - where can the project be practically used?

Technical Depth - 20%
Functionality - 20%
Practical Feasibility - 10%
Presentation - 10%
Scalability / Impact - 5%

Prizes and Opportunities A total prize pool of ₹46,000 is on offer, with cash prizes, trophies, and medals across the top ranks. Beyond prizes, winners gain access to incubation support worth up to ₹90,000 for 18 months to develop and scale their idea, Truscholar credits worth up to ₹14.2+ lakhs, expert mentorship from industry veterans to refine strategy and business models, and hands-on product development support to turn ideas into market-ready solutions.

Disqualification External assistance during the competition, plagiarism or cheating, using another team's hardware or software, deliberate damage to venue property, misconduct with judges, volunteers, or organizers, and failure to disclose use of external modules, purchased subsystems, or pre-existing project work may result in immediate disqualification. The Event Jury and Organizing Committee hold final authority on judging, penalties, disqualification, and rule interpretation.

Organiser Context The Navrachna Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development is an entrepreneurship-focused body that supports early innovators through incubation, mentorship, and product development pathways, making this exhibition a genuine launchpad for student founders rather than a purely academic contest.
