VibeCode Arena is an individual, AI-assisted rapid development challenge hosted by the Navrachna Foundation For Entrepreneurship Development as part of TechTrix'26. Unlike conventional competitive programming contests, the emphasis here is on shipping a working digital product within a tight time window using modern development tooling and AI-assisted coding.

Format Participants receive a single problem statement at the start of the event and must transform it into a functional product across one progressive 90-minute challenge, with no separate elimination round:

Understand (10 min): analyse requirements, plan the approach, set up the environment
Build (55 min): develop and implement the solution using permitted tools
Submit (10 min): freeze the project, submit repository/demo link and an AI Usage Declaration
Arena Evaluation (15 min): technical verification, live demo and code walkthrough for selected submissions

10:30 – 10:50 AM: Reporting, registration verification and system check
10:50 – 11:00 AM: Rules and challenge briefing
11:00 – 11:10 AM: Understand Phase
11:10 AM – 12:05 PM: Build Phase
12:05 – 12:15 PM: Submission
12:15 – 12:30 PM: Arena Evaluation / Final Verification

Challenge One problem statement released at the start, which may require a website, web app, software utility, dashboard, interactive prototype or other software-based solution. Core requirements are clearly defined, with optional or bonus requirements possible. Participants may choose their preferred tech stack unless restricted.

AI Usage Policy AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf and Replit AI are explicitly allowed and are an intentional part of the competition. Permitted uses include code generation and completion, debugging, error analysis, UI generation and styling, architecture suggestions, documentation, testing, refactoring, brainstorming and problem decomposition. Participants remain responsible for their work and must be able to explain major implementation decisions during verification. An AI Usage Declaration covering tools used, their purpose, AI-assisted components and significant manual work is mandatory for transparency, though it does not itself reduce the score.

1st: ₹5,000 cash + Trophy + Medal
2nd: ₹3,000 cash + Medal
3rd: ₹2,000 cash + Medal
Total prize pool: ₹10,000

Eligibility & Rules Individual participation only, open to eligible students and participants from academic institutions. A valid institutional ID card and registration confirmation must be available on request, and participants must report at least 30 minutes before the event. Only registered participants may compete. Disqualification may follow plagiarism or collusion, unauthorised assistance, code sharing, accessing another participant's device or files, submitting pre-developed work, misrepresenting AI usage, tampering with judging infrastructure or serious misconduct. The Event Jury and Technical Committee hold final authority on eligibility, scoring, penalties and rule interpretation. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Venue Computer Lab 01/02, I.T.S Engineering College, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Registration fee is ₹200 per head.
