About this competition
Fulcrum 2026 - Strategic Transformation is a consulting case competition organised by the PGDM (GM) Class of 2026-27 at Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur, as part of the Fulcrum Consulting Conclave. The competition challenges participants to demonstrate their understanding of Product Leadership in a changing world.
Who Should Apply Open exclusively to 1-Year MBA, 2-Year MBA, and PGDM students. All team members must be from the same college. There is no restriction on the number of teams from the same institute.
Format & Timeline The competition consists of two rounds:
- Round 1: A quiz round with a 10-minute time limit.
- Round 2: Teams submit a PPT/PDF (max 6 slides, excluding title and thank-you slides) along with a 6-minute video presentation delivered as if in front of a judging panel. Files must be named InstituteName_TeamName.
Prizes First Prize: ₹20,000 Second Prize: ₹10,000
Eligibility Teams of 1 to 3 members. Each participant can be part of only one team. All team members must be from the same college.

What You Get
Top teams win cash prizes: ₹20,000 for first place and ₹10,000 for second place. The award is a straight competition prize — a cash payment to the winning teams, with no repayment or equity involved. Prizes are decided through two rounds: a 10-minute quiz and a 6-slide PPT/PDF submission accompanied by a 6-minute video presentation.
