Quick Answer
A free 6-month accelerator under the RAMP scheme for women-owned micro and small enterprises in Gujarat, with mentoring, formalisation, credit readiness and digital-market support.
About this grant
The Women Acceleration Programme is a state-level acceleration programme run by GUSEC under RAMP (Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance). It is built for women-owned and women-led micro and small enterprises across Gujarat that want to strengthen their business, become more formal, and find new markets.
The programme does not give cash. Instead, it gives selected businesses six months of structured support: one-on-one mentoring, business diagnostics, help with Udyam and other registrations, guidance on getting formal credit, and onboarding to digital commerce platforms such as ONDC and GeM. Selected enterprises do not pay a fee; the support is fully covered under the RAMP scheme.
Applicants are screened for eligibility, given a baseline assessment, and placed into regional cohorts across Gujarat. Over the acceleration phase they work through training, mentoring, diagnostics, formalisation, finance, digital commerce and market access. The programme ends with credit and market linkages, a Demo Day and a business pitch event, after which graduates join the GUSEC alumni network.
It suits a woman entrepreneur running a small manufacturing, trading or service business in Gujarat who has not yet registered on Udyam, wants to apply for a bank loan but is not sure how to prepare, or wants to start selling online. Applications are open in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
GUSEC notes that its programme-support role and the exact scope of support are subject to the approvals and implementation framework for the state's RAMP plan, so the final mix of support can vary by cohort.
