What You Get
US$350 in cash goes to the winner of the Limit Breaker Award, with additional prizes and recognition awards available: Rising Builder (for someone new to coding or hackathons), Boldest Idea (most original concept), Real Impact (clearest real-world use), and a Top 25 finalists group. It's a competition, so you're building for prizes, bragging rights, and a few weeks of hands-on experience. You also get a community cheering you on, mentors when you're stuck, and Devpost Achievements for submitting. The hackathon is open-ended — any project type counts — and projects are judged on execution (30%), originality (25%), value & impact (20%), user experience (15%), and presentation (10%).
