Quick Answer
50% subsidy (max Rs. 20 lakh) on pollution control and online monitoring equipment installed by existing Ladakh industrial units.
About this subsidy
Under the Sustainable Industrial Policy Ladakh 2022-27, an existing industrial unit that installs the latest online monitoring equipment and/or a high-quality Pollution Control Device in its factory can claim back half of what the equipment cost, up to Rs. 20 lakh.
The incentive is open only to existing units (irrespective of substantial expansion). The subsidy is released after the Ladakh Pollution Control Committee issues a satisfactory commissioning report for the installed equipment, so the unit pays first and is reimbursed once the device is verified as working.
