Nomba x DevCareer Hackathon 2026 is a fully virtual fintech hackathon organised by Nomba in partnership with DevCareer. The event is designed for Nigerian developers, designers, and product builders to collaborate and build innovative fintech solutions.

What You Get
Competition prize money: the total pool of USD $6,500 (~₹5,98,000) is split as USD $4,000 for 1st place, USD $1,500 for 2nd, and USD $1,000 for 3rd. Prizes reward real, working payment products built on Nomba's API stack that solve practical Nigerian payment challenges. Winners also receive non-cash benefits: official participation and certification records for qualified trainees, free Nomba Forward Deployed Engineer Training, fast-track access to Nomba engineering feedback sessions, demo amplification across DevCareer and partner channels, post-hackathon product showcase opportunities, and possible entry into the Nomba Developer Partner Program.
