This incentive is limited to the named groups. It reimburses most of the fee paid to a consultant for preparing the detailed project report, up to a cap. No category specific to SC/ST applicants or to women in general appears in this part of the policy.

How selection works: The District Industries Centre and the Directorate of Industries verify the claim, then the State Level Committee gives final approval. The guidelines say incentives cannot be claimed as a matter of right.
How to apply: Register the unit under the 2025 policy at the District Industries Centre first. Claim at the District Industries Centre in the prescribed format, with the supporting documents and bank proof. Each incentive is claimed separately, and all payments must be by bank transfer.
