About this subsidy
Clause 7.12 of the Arunachal Pradesh Industrial Development and Investment Policy, 2025 addresses the state's biggest logistics handicap by reimbursing 50% of the air freight paid to move finished goods out of Arunachal Pradesh to any destination within the country, subject to a maximum of Rs 5 lakh per year per unit for a maximum period of five years.
Eligible new units and existing units both qualify, irrespective of substantial expansion. Since the cap resets annually, a unit shipping regularly can claim up to five separate years of support.
