About this subsidy
Clause 7.10 of the Arunachal Pradesh Industrial Development and Investment Policy, 2025 helps units become competitive on quality by reimbursing 35% of what they spend either installing in-house testing facilities and equipment or obtaining quality certifications, subject to a maximum of Rs 5 lakh.
New and existing units both qualify, irrespective of substantial expansion. For a manufacturer chasing a buyer who demands certified output, this covers a third of the certification or lab-setup bill.
